Music was my first love and has been my true passion since I was a child. Saxophone is my primary instrument, and I also play drums and compose using piano.

Since first hearing David Sanborn’s Straight to the Heart album in 1986, contemporary jazz has become the center of my musical world.

I began composing in 1992 and now have a personal catalog of over 100 complete demos I have begun turning into complete songs. The only problem…I write more music every month.

My influences over the years have become pretty vast - David Sanborn, Mozart, Diana Krall, Joe Sample, Miles Davis, Tom Scott, Marcus Miller, John Legend, John Mayer, Lenny Kravitz, Lady Gaga, deadmau5, DMB…

The album I am currently working on blends the classic contemporary jazz feel of Joe Sample with chill & neo-soul elements. But upcoming album projects will also include horn sections, vocals and strings.
